I have been calling for 30 minutes for a refund because I sent it to the wrong location and nobody is answering so now I'm out my money.

I did an order in the App was not able…

I did an order in the App was not able to pay for add on and took 30 min to place order because the app kept kicking on of the order off then got to the subway and still had to wait because they didn't get the order correct also didn't receive utinsels to eat my protein bowl very very disturbing

Hate the Subway app and online…

Hate the Subway app and online ordering. Not at all user friendly. Let me pick my own combinations of sandwich, instead of you making me pick one and having to alter it. Where is the BUILD YOUR OWN? Isn't that the Subway way?

11096 Fondren Road which is the address…

11096 Fondren Road which is the address to subway was serving their family members food but they decided to lock the door because they did not feel like serving Us customers and it was between 8 to 10 of us.

It's very common for the Sandwich…

It's very common for the Sandwich Artists and even the Managers to measure out the Meat, Cheese and Vegetables like the specifications are straight out of the old testament. Then totally drown your sandwich in sauce or ranch; 40 days and 40 nights ranch must have poured down. A Punishment?

Today i used the subway app in my town…

Today i used the subway app in my town Burgaw,NC well I order 2 meal wraps with soda and cookies. I paid for my order thru my cashApp and the money was taken out total $20.45 so it said you can pick up at 5:50 pm order was placed at 5.32. Well went to get my order and they stated they didn't have an order for me, so I asked wheres my money that was taken from my card. Long story short I was not given my money back and I was told to see manger in the morning

When I entered subway it was 11:00

When I entered subway it was 11:00, and I was the 7th person in line. Now after waiting 47 min I’m the 3rd person in line now. Now it’s 11:51 and I’ve counted 7 people that walked in got in line waited a few minutes then walked out. They only have one guy working. He has to make online orders while helping us in the store. He said they only scheduled him. So it was planned to only have one person on duty. What kind of management does that? They need to re-evaluate their schedules. This is ridiculous!! The only reason I stayed and didn’t walk out myself is because the guy ( Aaron) is so nice and helpful. He keeps apologizing.

Ordered online from the Weirsdale Subway

Ordered online from the Weirsdale, FL subway. The subs were made fresh, well wrapped and marked and ready for pickup as scheduled. Great food and good service.
